Hedon is often seen as a dormitory town of Hull and people have little idea of the history that can be seen with a simple walk around the town. We hope to combine a good walk with looking at the town through new eyes.

There are two walks as there is so much to show the visitor. Both walks take place on a Sunday, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. There is very little cross over between them so combining both walks in one day is possible. There are ample opportunities to eat in Hedon with pubs and restaurants serving food at the weekend meaning both walks can be taken in one day.

You guide will point out interesting buildings and relate stories of Hedon through the ages. You will be amazed at just how much there is to know.

Whilst these walks can be enjoyed by all, children should be well supervised as roads are busy and some pavements are narrow, along with there being deep water and drains.

For start locations please see the pages for each walk. There is no booking required, just turn up before the start time. The walks will go ahead what ever the weather providing that there is somebody wanting to join me in a walk of discovery. Please dress appropriately for the weather forecast for the day.

The cost for adults is £4 per person per walk and £2 for children.
